Wonderful goats for you
Please know that all goats are herd animals and need to have at least one other goat for a companion. They become very lonely, cranky, or needy, and can even sicken just because they are living alone. We are glad to make discounts for multiple animals, or FFA or 4H animals.
Providing you with healthy, well-bred, enjoyable animals is our goal. Because they have been carefully hand-raised and socialized, they will be excellent pets and show animals. Wethers (neutered males) make great pets, without the odor the bucks can get.
We have to sell our goats on a first come, first served basis to avoid confusion. BUT, any of our goats can be reserved for two weeks for a $50 non-refundable deposit.

Maudie had two very nice boys July 2023. She has been a good mother and comes from a very strong milking line—champions on both sides. Maudie is a calm goat, but likes to be petted and to have her people talk to her.
We are quite sad to part with her, but our health requires that we downsize. Maudie is a goat we intended to keep breeding.
Maudie would make a great milking 4H animal or would be good on a homestead. Or, she’d be great as a pet. Maudie’s cool with all of it.
Sparrow Song BB Columbine $425 $325
Columbine comes from strong milking lines—champions on both sides. Her mother was one of our calmest goats and produced tons of milk in what could only be called a “professional way.” Columbine is also a calm goat who is a good mother. She would make a great 4H or FFA show goat, a lovely Homestead milker, or a charming pet.

Hot Pepper is from the calm “Chocolate Chip” Line. She knows how to "kiss" and "shake" hands. She likes to check things out and enjoy scritches from her people. She love treats and would be easy to train to do more things. She would make a nice 4H show goat, homestead milker, or would enjoy just being a pet.

Opportunity is a silly, sweet, very smart goat. She was the first one in her age group to learn how to “kiss” and "shake" hands. She loves her ‘Cookie’ treats and will slide past the other goats to be sure she gets hers. She should be easy to train.
Opportunity was a goat we planned to continue to breeding, but our health dictates that we find her a nice, new home. She would be a great 4H or FFA goat, a good milk producer for a homestead, or a happy pet.

Our newest kids are ready to go home in December. They are handled daily and very friendly. Goats are happiest in the company of at least one other goat. With this in mind, we offer $25 discount for each goat if you take two or more.
They have their horns removed and their baby shots current.

Sweet Opinion is a very calm, easy to handle baby. She loves to play with all the babies in the baby barn, but likes her sister, Endeavor, best. At night, she likes to lie in front of the baby pen door in a pile with all the other babies. She would make a great pet, but also a great 4H or FFA show goat.
Sweet Opinion has highly rated American Dairy Goat Association bloodlines. The “Indy 500” line is a strong milking line. Opinion should be an asset to anyone who wants to milk her.
Dam’s line: Their granddam “Sparrow Song Such A Tizzy” was rated at a high 82 while she was dam-raising her kids and didn’t have a “professional udder.” Their dam, “Sparrow Song BB Opportunity” is too young to have been appraised. For more information, see their pages.

Endeavor, named after the Mars rover, is a curious baby, liking to check things out. Her favorite pastime, though, is to lie in a pile under the hay bag with all the other babies in the baby barn and snuggle with her sister, Sweet Opinion. She loves getting pets and likes her people. She would make a great pet, but also a great 4H or FFA show goat.
Endeavor has highly rated American Dairy Goat Association bloodlines. The “Gladdie Acres Indy 500” line is a strong milking line. Endeavor should be an asset to anyone who wants to milk her.

Qwirkle is one of a set of doe triplets that we had hoped to breed to various bucks to add variety to our bloodlines. However, our health means we must cut back, not expand. The trio are from our top-rated bloodlines. Their dam Sparrow Song Ace of Spades has an American Dairy Goat Association Linear Appraisal rating of 91 (VEEE) where 100 symbolizes the mythical perfect goat. Ace also was 2017 Oregon State Fair Youth Show Grand Champion Junior Nigerian Doe.
